Requirements
- 5–8 years of enterprise software sales experience
- Ability to exceed quota in B2B technical sales
- Understanding of design software workflows and electronics design
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience selling to engineering or R&D leaders
- Self-motivation and data-driven mindset
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or MBA
Tasks
- Drive new and expansion sales for the Renesas 365 platform
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Execute go-to-market strategies to expand software adoption
- Develop trusted relationships with engineering leads and executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with application engineers on technical product demos
- Design proof-of-concepts to solve specific customer challenges
- Exceed pipeline, bookings, and revenue targets
- Maintain consistent forecast accuracy and CRM discipline
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Contribute market insights during quarterly business reviews
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
