Requirements
- Fluency in German and English
- High integrity and passion for winning
- Minimum 5 years as top quota carrying direct sales executive with track record of outperforming targets
- Proven success selling innovative solutions/services to merchants/large enterprises
- Focus on FinTech and eCommerce solutions (analytics, platforms, financial and/or technology solutions) highly preferred
- Strong network with proven track record of enterprise sales within top 500 eCommerce companies (big plus)
- Demonstrated success in multi-regional target account selling
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Experience prospecting and leveraging industry contacts
- Strong understanding of online payment industry (big plus)
- Credit card issuing/acquiring experience (big plus)
- Familiarity with online payment ecosystem (partners, resellers, processors) (big plus)
- Experience in fast-paced organization
- Ability to work in rapidly expanding/changing environment
- Exceptional professional presence
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Ability to travel as required
Tasks
- Drive new customer acquisition.
- Establish and nurture a strong account pipeline.
- Manage a broad sales territory.
- Run the entire sales process.
- Engage strategic prospect accounts consultatively.
- Identify customer pain points and challenges.
- Position Forter's platform as a solution.
- Manage the sales pipeline and process.
- Identify and build relationships with key buyers.
- Position Forter's value proposition.
- Present to business and technical teams.
- Collaborate with Sales Development and Marketing.
- Drive leads and account activity.
- Partner with Pre-sales Solutions Consultants.
- Create customized sales presentations.
- Develop tailored ROI models.
- Provide internal field analysis and feedback.
- Shape sales collateral and expansion plans.
- Develop expertise in online payments.
- Represent Forter at industry events.
- Attend sales meetings with key eCommerce players.
