Requirements

  • Enterprise sales experience with complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and acquiring enterprise clients
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills for articulating complex ideas to C-level executives
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Fluency in English and additional languages
  • Valid working permit in Germany

Tasks

  • Drive revenue growth to meet ambitious targets
  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Engage with prospective customers to assess their sustainability strategies
  • Collaborate with the Solutions team to create high-quality carbon portfolios
  • Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions
  • Ensure customers achieve net-zero goals and maximize product value
  • Partner with Marketing to enhance campaigns that generate leads
  • Attend conferences and travel to meet clients and build brand awareness
