- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
- At least 2 years in enterprise or complex solution selling
- Proven success exceeding quotas in high-growth B2B environments
- Fluent in German (C1+) and English (C1+)
- Strong grasp of multi-threaded, consultative, and value-based enterprise sales methodologies
- Deep understanding of digital transformation, AI automation, and enterprise operational workflows
- Skilled at developing trust and credibility with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Self-starter with a bias for action and entrepreneurial mindset
- Thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Tasks
- Identify and engage enterprise-level opportunities
- Close sales across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Manage complex sales from discovery to contract execution
- Handoff contracts to Customer Success
- Understand client pain points and business requirements
- Design tailored AI automation solutions for clients
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
- Nurture strategic accounts for upselling and cross-selling
- Contribute to enterprise GTM strategy and sales playbooks
