Closing net new logos and expanding accounts for a unified, globally distributed database platform. 3+ years quota-carrying field experience in competitive markets required. Performance accelerators and stock equity.
Requirements
- 3+ years quota-carrying field experience in competitive market
- Focus on closing net new logos and expanding accounts
- Ability to open new accounts and sell across organization
- Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology
- Co-selling with AWS, GCP, Azure, and large GSIs
- Skilled in building business champions
- Driven and competitive with strong desire to succeed
- Must live in territory
- Speak German
- Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
- Familiarity with databases, develops and cloud native infrastructure
Tasks
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Close sales pipeline
- Prospect to CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical users
- Build strong relationships for growth
- Partner with Solution Architects
- Collaborate with Professional Services for customer satisfaction
- Work with ecosystem and channel partners to maximize deals
- Participate in sales enablement trainings
- Attend Sales Bootcamp
- Engage in leadership and development programs
