Requirements

• 1-4 years experience in strategy consulting
• 3+ years experience selling enterprise software
• Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders
• Managing complex sales cycles
• Strong business acumen and understanding of KPIs
• Creative and analytical ability
• Experience in start-up or scale-up environment
• Positivity and creative thinking
• Self-starter mentality and multi-tasking
• Ability to leverage internal resources
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Tasks

• Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Execute a 'land-and-expand' growth strategy.
• Engage with C-level executives and other stakeholders.
• Promote Workpath's value proposition to customers.
• Develop joint business cases with clients.
• Negotiate new contracts with customers.
• Drive commercial development for software and services sales.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services.
• Create an authentic customer experience.
• Achieve individual revenue targets for multi-six figure deals.
