Requirements
- Minimum 3 years quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS
- Experience with eCommerce, retail, and banking industries
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue quota
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Ability to succeed working cross-functionally
- Self-starter, goal-oriented, and independent work ability
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- Verbal and written German language skills
- Verbal and written English language skills
- Knowledge of CRM software
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
Tasks
- Interact with clients throughout the sales cycle
- Prospect and acquire new clients
- Demo the platform to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts
- Stay informed about new products and competition
- Communicate value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Support SDR team in generating new opportunities
- Use innovative outbound strategies to build pipelines
- Present sales and revenue forecasts to management
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline
