Requirements
- •Relevant qualifications or specialisation in employment law or HR
- •Good practical experience related to Employee Relations across Europe
- •Experience in international environment with Trade Union activity and Works Councils
- •Resourcefulness and proactivity
- •Credibility and professionalism with senior stakeholders
- •Data literacy and interest in analysing information
- •Openness and pragmatism
- •Good relationship building skills
- •Great delivery management skills
- •Results-driven, resilient, and determined
- •Experience in creating and designing policies and procedures
- •Experience in delivering training workshops on ER matters
- •Sensitivity to cultural differences and gender issues
- •Ability to travel to support training and complex cases
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Provide support and guidance on employee relations cases
- •Handle high-profile or sensitive employee relations cases
- •Lead interactions with Trade Unions and Works Councils
- •Ensure compliance with local labor laws
- •Collect and collate employee relations case information
- •Support management of long-term sickness and absence cases
- •Facilitate the development of a virtual employee relations network
- •Maintain and update employee relations guidelines and process documents
- •Assist in reviewing and improving employee relations practices
- •Identify and enhance people policies and drive employee relations initiatives
- •Provide advice on redundancy processes and track redundancy exits
- •Assist with organizational change programs to ensure effective handling
- •Liaise with the Employment Law team on complex legal cases
- •Build effective relationships across the global HR team
- •Work with Employment Legal and HR Operations to ensure compliance
- •Contribute to the overall people agenda and take on new activities
- •Advocate for employee relations and educate the wider team
- •Maintain knowledge of developments in Employment Law and best practices
