Requirements
- •BS in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or related field
- •10+ years of experience in Power Transmission industry
- •2+ years of sales or customer care management experience
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- •Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- •Ability to travel up to 20%

- •Direct Inside Sales Specialists
- •Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and Channel Sales Managers
- •Work with Business Units and Customer Care departments
- •Set short and long-term sales strategies
- •Evaluate effectiveness of sales deployment
- •Provide VOC input to Business Unit Leadership
- •Execute Business Unit Strategic Plans
- •Serve as escalation point for sales associates
- •Manage disciplined selling processes for each seller
- •Conduct annual review of account segmentation
- •Deploy sales resources to meet quota targets
- •Manage performance and development of the team
- •Leverage KPIs for coaching sellers
- •Coach and train sellers to exceed quotas
- •Foster a collaborative and self-motivating team environment
- •Embrace provided sales methodologies
- •Retain sales talent and build organizational strength
- •Interview and hire new sales talent as needed
- •Manage root-cause countermeasure process
- •Participate in and lead trade organizations
