Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Program Development, preferably within Memory technology
  • Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and solid market insight
  • Proven ability in opportunity development and disciplined pipeline management
  • Experience in customer and supplier relationship management
  • Technical understanding of A&D electronics
  • Awareness of compliance requirements and risk management principles
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA

  • Deploy and present memory product strategy.
  • Provide market guidance.

  • Identify and develop new customers for sales handover.
  • Drive and monitor regional design activity.
  • Lead qualification of new opportunities.
  • Shape requirements with sales and technical teams.
  • Conduct joint customer visits.
  • Secure new business.
  • Expand existing programs.
  • Track business migration activities.
  • Ensure design-in data capture.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Share supplier and customer intelligence.
  • Coordinate external partners in projects.
  • Execute and monitor segment-specific marketing programs.
  • Organize customer seminars and workshops.
  • Represent EBV at trade shows and industry events.
  • Foster cooperation with key stakeholders.
