Tasks

  • Drive the entire sales strategy for the DACH market
  • Engage key customers and interface with Avnet and senior leaders
  • Own the margin for the region and make customer decisions
  • Inspire teams and manage cultural differences in DACH
  • Foster sales and customer growth in the DACH region
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and suppliers
  • Develop sales strategies and prepare forecasts and market analyses
  • Set sales targets and budgets, and track their achievement
  • Implement the global company strategy locally
  • Define local pricing strategies and regionalize marketing efforts
  • Ensure market growth and increase market share with key suppliers
  • Drive demand development and manage a strong project pipeline
  • Enhance revenue and profitability across the supply chain
  • Negotiate framework agreements with major customers
  • Collaborate intensively with strategic manufacturers and customers
