- •Experience in leading and developing teams
- •Negotiation skills, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure
- •Experience in an international group
- •Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness, and ability to work independently
- •Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- •Willingness to travel

- •Own the margin for the region and make customer decisions
- •Inspire teams and manage cultural differences in DACH
- •Foster sales and customer growth in the DACH region
- •Build strong relationships with key customers and suppliers
- •Develop sales strategies and prepare forecasts and market analyses
- •Set sales targets and budgets, and track their achievement
- •Implement the global company strategy locally
- •Define local pricing strategies and regionalize marketing efforts
- •Ensure market growth and increase market share with key suppliers
- •Drive demand development and manage a strong project pipeline
- •Enhance revenue and profitability across the supply chain
- •Negotiate framework agreements with major customers
- •Collaborate intensively with strategic manufacturers and customers
