Managing product portfolio and sales strategy for specialty gases and materials in electronics manufacturing at global leader in industrial gases. Minimum 2 years professional experience and business KPI understanding required. International collaboration within interdisciplinary teams.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to analyze complex problems, develop and implement solutions
- Very good English skills, spoken and written
- German language skills are an advantage
- High commitment, assertiveness, flexibility, and confident demeanor
- Good user knowledge of Google Apps/ Power BI
- Experience with AI apps (e.g. Gemini) an advantage
- Willingness to travel
Tasks
- Analyze the Electronics Specialty Materials market
- Review the product portfolio and sales approach
- Support the Sales and Business Development team during RFQ projects
- Provide product-specific guidance during negotiations
- Manage RFQ preparations and negotiations for selected accounts
- Monitor customer forecasts and actual demand
- Coordinate communications with customers
- Contribute to Business Continuity Planning improvements
- Act as the main interface for Crisis Management coordination
