Requirements
- •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or relevant field
- •Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in an industrial environment
- •Good command of English and German language – written and verbal
- •Ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams
- •Ability and willingness to travel internationally including Singapore and USA
- •Master’s Degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field
- •Knowledge of materials and their application in semiconductor manufacturing
- •Proficiency in sourcing related skills including sourcing strategy development and execution
- •Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and influence stakeholders
- •Experience in a semiconductor environment or related industry

- •Coordinate tasks within the Equipment commodity team and Fab stakeholders
- •Define sourcing strategies for assigned commodities
- •Act as the primary supplier interface for development and performance management
- •Plan and conduct global commercial negotiations
- •Utilize strategic tools for sourcing and analytical tasks
- •Serve as the primary procurement contact for stakeholders
- •Coordinate procurement activities for new manufacturing equipment and services
- •Support site-specific supply issues with key internal stakeholders
- •Identify continuous improvement opportunities and alternative sourcing strategies
- •Monitor the global market for new suppliers and product innovations
- •Analyze and manage contractual agreements and prepare for renegotiations
