Description

In this role, you will be at the forefront of strategic procurement, coordinating with teams and stakeholders to define sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvement in the supply chain.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or relevant field
• •Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in an industrial environment
• •Good command of English and German language – written and verbal
• •Ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams
• •Ability and willingness to travel internationally including Singapore and USA
• •Master’s Degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field
• •Knowledge of materials and their application in semiconductor manufacturing
• •Proficiency in sourcing related skills including sourcing strategy development and execution
• •Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and influence stakeholders
• •Experience in a semiconductor environment or related industry

Tasks

• •Coordinate tasks within the Equipment commodity team and Fab stakeholders
• •Define sourcing strategies for assigned commodities
• •Act as the primary supplier interface for development and performance management
• •Plan and conduct global commercial negotiations
• •Utilize strategic tools for sourcing and analytical tasks
• •Serve as the primary procurement contact for stakeholders
• •Coordinate procurement activities for new manufacturing equipment and services
• •Support site-specific supply issues with key internal stakeholders
• •Identify continuous improvement opportunities and alternative sourcing strategies
• •Monitor the global market for new suppliers and product innovations
• •Analyze and manage contractual agreements and prepare for renegotiations
