Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering
- •Minimum 2 years of experience in technical coordination of aerospace or spacecraft projects
- •Experience in design processes, including concept development, trade studies, testing, and optimization
- •Experience in developing and leading component testing campaigns
- •Experience with 3D modeling software
- •Previous experience with ECLSS systems preferred
- •Experience with ECSS and NASA standards is a plus
- •Familiarity with tools like GitHub and Python is a plus
- •Fluency in English required
- •Ability to effectively utilize oral and written communication
- •Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- •Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- •Strong organizing and prioritization of tasks
- •Positive and flexible attitude
- •Demonstrates behaviors consistent with core values of Vision, Competence, Integrity, and Passion
- •Ability to speak German, French, and/or Italian is an asset

- •Collaborate with the ECLSS Principal Engineer and team members
- •Lead the development of ECLSS components from concept to Flight Hardware delivery
- •Oversee development, qualification, and acceptance testing for components and systems
- •Develop and validate analytical models to predict system behavior
- •Conduct component trade studies and provide performance, cost, schedule, and risk recommendations
- •Support technical exchanges with hardware suppliers
- •Create detailed engineering documentation, including design reviews and test plans
