- •Lead end-to-end recruitment for Private Equity and Consulting teams
- •Secure high-caliber early-careers talent for the Munich office
- •Develop tailored sourcing strategies via LinkedIn and university networks
- •Champion the company brand at German universities and career fairs
- •Manage the candidate journey from outreach to offer management
- •Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
- •Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment KPIs
- •Assist with basic HR operations and ad-hoc queries
- •Coordinate simple local HR matters with the central team
- •Support local culture-building initiatives and office activities
