Description

As the Director of Search and Evaluation in Business Development & Strategy, you will engage with potential partners, lead due diligence processes, and provide strategic insights, all while shaping the future of specialty neuroscience.

Requirements

• •University degree in natural sciences, PhD, MD, or equivalent preferred
• •10+ years of experience in biopharma industry
• •Established industry network and participation in successful transactions
• •Proven track record in identifying and evaluating partnership opportunities
• •Hands-on experience with cross-functional technical due diligence
• •Strong understanding of drug development and biopharma landscape, ideally with familiarity of neuroscience trends
• •Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• •Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects with global stakeholders
• •Continuous development of expertise in global development teams
• •Part of an international scientific network collaborating on medical questions
• •Experiencing intellectual and constructive challenge daily

Tasks

• •Identify and evaluate potential partners in specialty neuroscience
• •Build relationships with external partners
• •Lead cross-functional due diligence processes
• •Conduct scientific, clinical, and operational assessments of partnership opportunities
• •Organize and deliver technical due diligence presentations and recommendations
• •Provide insights on scientific trends in neuroscience and other therapeutic areas
• •Support strategic discussions and competitor analysis
• •Assist in outreach and technical due diligence for out-licensing activities
• •Coordinate search and evaluation opportunities with BD negotiating peers
• •Support broader BD&S initiatives during peak periods
