- •Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
- •Proven experience in Business Development, account management, sales, or client services within biotech, Pharma, or clinical research industry
- •Solid understanding of Phase I – IV drug development process or direct experience of full service Phase I – III outsourcing
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- •Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

Tasks
- •Identify new accounts for Phase I – III outsourced opportunities
- •Progress from initial outreach to receipt of RFI/RFP
- •Lead the team through the business development process
- •Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth
- •Manage the end-to-end sales process
- •Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- •Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication
- •Monitor account performance and track key metrics
- •Maintain the CRM system
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs
