- Manage housekeeping, maintenance, and front office teams
- Ensure guest care exceeds expectations
- Train and enforce hotel standard operating procedures
- Oversee rooms P&L and annual budget planning
- Control expenses to meet budget
- Lead quality evaluation processes
- Improve qualitative metrics
- Solve problems to ensure guest satisfaction
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Complete all people documentation accurately
- Coach and develop team members
- Set and monitor realistic team objectives
- Provide regular feedback to the team
- Deliver projects involving housekeeping, maintenance, and front office
- Manage changes in policies and procedures
- Maintain high customer service levels
- Build long-term relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
- Participate in hotel crisis and fire teams
- Understand and follow all related procedures
Work Experience

Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
