- Ego-free approach and task completion focus
- Willingness to do things differently and try new things
- Team player with a supportive and fun work environment
Tasks
- Launch The Hoxton in Hamburg
- Drive brand and business innovation
- Manage local PR strategy
- Generate and manage social media content
- Build a loyal community of Hox Friends
- Develop local partnerships and activations
- Write and create local communications
- Deliver room and restaurant commercial targets
- Ensure on-brand guest experiences
- Manage local marketing and design budgets
- Create design briefs for local campaigns
