- Manage onsite contractor activities
- Order maintenance supplies
- Maintain stock controls
- Keep records of machinery and equipment
- Ensure fire safety equipment is maintained and tested
- Arrange and coordinate maintenance quotations
- Lead and manage a high-energy team
- Set and monitor team goals
- Empower and develop team members
- Create a supportive team environment
- Identify opportunities to improve processes
- Enhance procedures proactively
- Participate in hotel crisis and fire teams
- Stay informed about crisis and fire procedures
- Project manage policy and procedure changes
- Maintain high customer service levels
- Build long-term relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Cover shift engineer shifts as needed
Work Experience

Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
