Requirements

  • 8+ years commercial role or 5+ years real estate market
  • Managing and growing complex enterprise accounts
  • Upsell, cross-sell, and commercial negotiation at director/C-suite level
  • Real estate or PropTech industry experience (strongly preferred)
  • Excellent written and spoken French and English; German is a plus
  • Engaging and influencing at C-suite level with confidence
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and emerging technology
  • Experience in fast-moving, international scale-up environment
  • Collaborative, team-player attitude with personal accountability

Tasks

  • Define and own key account strategy
  • Set targets with CCO
  • Establish KAM playbook
  • Monitor strategy execution
  • Produce executive-level reports
  • Develop strategic account plans
  • Maintain C-suite relationships
  • Identify and close upsell opportunities
  • Influence other KAMs for upsell
  • Coach Key Account Managers
  • Explore AI opportunities with clients
  • Map decision-makers and sponsors
  • Develop fund and growth strategies
  • Identify new business needs
  • Own pricing and commercial structuring
  • Ensure seamless project delivery
  • Translate client needs into solutions
  • Lead contract renewals
  • Negotiate commercial terms
  • Manage client concerns
  • Prevent churn
  • Close priority deals
