- Establish KAM playbook
- Monitor strategy execution
- Produce executive-level reports
- Develop strategic account plans
- Maintain C-suite relationships
- Identify and close upsell opportunities
- Influence other KAMs for upsell
- Coach Key Account Managers
- Explore AI opportunities with clients
- Map decision-makers and sponsors
- Develop fund and growth strategies
- Identify new business needs
- Own pricing and commercial structuring
- Ensure seamless project delivery
- Translate client needs into solutions
- Lead contract renewals
- Negotiate commercial terms
- Manage client concerns
- Prevent churn
- Close priority deals
