Requirements
- Track record of leading distribution sales teams and hitting revenue targets across EMEA markets in cloud, SaaS, or IT infrastructure
- Existing network of distributor relationships across EMEA
- Proven ability to drive sell-through revenue
- Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRM
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across EMEA
- Professional proficiency in English
- Additional European languages are a strong advantage
- AI tools are part of standard workflow
Tasks
- Manage and expand distributor relationships
- Open new markets for distribution
- Drive revenue through distribution channels
- Lead and develop Distribution Managers
- Hold Distribution Managers accountable
- Coach through real deals and pipeline reviews
- Personally manage strategic distributor relationships
- Set standards for high-quality partnerships
- Maintain accurate contract and MDF data
- Track partner tiers and renewal timelines
- Collaborate with Channel Sales and Marketing
- Drive sell-through from distributors to resellers
- Travel frequently across EMEA
- Build senior relationships with distributors
- Attend partner events
- Stay informed on market dynamics
