- Oversee prototyping, testing, certification, and production preparation
- Serve as a senior technical advisor to customers
- Help customers integrate software and hardware into their products
- Maintain strong relationships with customer organizations
- Collaborate with internal product teams to influence roadmaps
- Assess business value of feature requests
- Coordinate internal development teams to deliver features on time
- Act as a bridge between customer-facing teams and engineering
- Drive continuous improvement in project processes
- Standardize methods for prototyping and testing
- Enhance documentation for customer autonomy
- Provide insights into customer and market trends
- Identify high-priority projects and secure resources
- Ensure customer success aligns with the company's technology roadmap
