- Conduct daily team standups and pipeline reviews
- Analyze sales statistics to drive daily activities
- Build strategic relationships directly with key partners
- Assist representatives in closing partner deals
- Guide partner activities to foster excellent relationships
- Review business rhythms weekly with senior leadership
- Validate pipeline health to ensure accurate forecasting
- Align with leadership across various market segments
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Leader on strategy
- Interview candidates to build a high-performing team
- Manage the regional sales budget for events
- Partner with People Operations on career development
