- •Channel sales teams experience, desirable
- •Familiarity with IT/Cybersecurity industry, desirable
- •Experience with Salesforce, a plus
- •Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- •Experience with MS Office
- •Experience with web browsers
- •Strong verbal and written communications
- •Excellent time management and organization
- •Strategic planning and analytical skills
- •Positive, can-do attitude
- •Ability to provide feedback and coaching

- •Lead a team of Channel Sales representatives
- •Exceed Net New Annual Recurring Revenue targets
- •Execute strategic plans to grow sales pipeline
- •Conduct daily team standups and pipeline reviews
- •Analyze sales statistics to drive daily activities
- •Build strategic relationships directly with key partners
- •Assist representatives in closing partner deals
- •Guide partner activities to foster excellent relationships
- •Review business rhythms weekly with senior leadership
- •Validate pipeline health to ensure accurate forecasting
- •Align with leadership across various market segments
- •Collaborate with the Customer Success Leader on strategy
- •Interview candidates to build a high-performing team
- •Manage the regional sales budget for events
- •Partner with People Operations on career development
