  • Execute strategic plans to grow sales pipeline
  • Conduct daily team standups and pipeline reviews
  • Analyze sales statistics to drive daily activities
  • Build strategic relationships directly with key partners
  • Assist representatives in closing partner deals
  • Guide partner activities to foster excellent relationships
  • Review business rhythms weekly with senior leadership
  • Validate pipeline health to ensure accurate forecasting
  • Align with leadership across various market segments
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Leader on strategy
  • Interview candidates to build a high-performing team
  • Manage the regional sales budget for events
  • Partner with People Operations on career development
