- •Establish and lead the Marketing & Advertising Services organization for the DACH region
- •Develop the regional marketing services portfolio, including offerings, pricing, delivery processes, and ROI frameworks
- •Manage marketing budget planning and allocation across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- •Design and implement a best-in-class B2B marketing strategy across markets
- •Collaborate with Sales, Client Development, and Finance to integrate marketing services into go-to-market activities
- •Oversee B2C demand generation campaigns and performance marketing across digital and retail channels
- •Lead and mentor a team in CRM, performance, brand, client marketing, design, and analytics
- •Represent Ticketmaster’s marketing capabilities in pitches, conferences, and industry partnerships
- •Work with international stakeholders to align global best practices with local needs
- •Implement tools and automation to enhance campaign efficiency and reporting
- •Drive continuous improvement, cost control, and innovation within the marketing organization
