Requirements

  • 10–14 years institutional sales/business development experience in European financial services, senior client-facing sales role at bank, prime broker, exchange, asset manager, fintech
  • Established network of active relationships at Director, MD, C-suite level across European financial institutions and digital asset/crypto-native firms, ability to leverage for commercial outcomes
  • Proven track record as individual contributor, meeting/exceeding revenue targets, closing complex institutional transactions
  • Hands-on, execution-oriented professional, reliable, accountable, drives priorities, collaborative team-oriented approach
  • Working experience with institutional sales tools (CRM, pipeline management, productivity), adaptability, willingness to embrace new technologies (AI-powered tools)
  • Prior experience at or selling to regulated European exchange, digital asset venue, or trading infrastructure provider
  • Existing relationships within crypto-native European institutions, digital asset funds, or family offices with active digital asset programmes
  • Fluency in additional European languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish highly valued), any other European language relevant to European financial markets
  • Familiarity with MiCA’s CASP licensing framework and its commercial implications for institutional digital asset participation in the EU

Tasks

  • Drive revenue growth in Europe
  • Expand institutional client base
  • Identify and develop new client relationships
  • Target banks, asset managers, hedge funds, fintechs, prime brokers, family offices
  • Manage portfolio of senior institutional accounts
  • Act as trusted point of contact for Director, MD, C-suite levels
  • Deepen client engagement and adoption of Bullish’s products
  • Lead full sales lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding
  • Articulate Bullish value proposition
  • Cover exchange infrastructure, market microstructure, liquidity, product capabilities
  • Ensure regulatory and compliance standing under MiCA
  • Work with Head of European Sales and global sales team
  • Execute against regional revenue targets
  • Share market intelligence and contribute to commercial strategy
  • Collaborate with product, technology, legal, compliance teams
  • Ensure client requirements are understood
  • Keep Bullish’s offering competitive and responsive
  • Represent Bullish at senior industry events
  • Raise firm’s profile in institutional financial services and digital asset communities
  • Monitor European regulatory developments
  • Contribute to sales approach compliance with MiCA and BaFin requirements
