- Synchronize hardware, software, and field reader verification
- Define chip strategy and roadmap based on use cases
- Optimize product competitiveness in cost and performance
- Manage total cost of ownership across all stages
- Manage the complete product portfolio lifecycle
- Evaluate trade-offs between throughput, cost, and resources
- Make informed optimization decisions
- Consolidate market needs into technical specifications
- Align specifications with product capabilities and roadmap
- Consult for sales, proposal management, and delivery
- Guide optimal solution design as a technical expert
- Ensure end-to-end product certification and qualification
- Conduct field performance and system functionality tests
- Validate Proof of Concept (PoC) results
- Interface with the Solutions Business Line
- Manage team budget and resource allocation
- Coordinate chip R&D projects and prioritization
- Control costs and manage P&L for chip solutions
- Drive the smart and embedded ID product business
- Steer the portfolio for long-term market competitiveness
