Requirements

• Engineering degree in Electronics or related
• Understanding of Identity business ecosystem
• Project Management background and technical understanding
• Track record in complex solution delivery
• Ability to assess technical solution options
• Familiarity with secure embedded chip technologies

Tasks

• Bridge customer requirements, product capabilities, and project execution
• Ensure end-to-end integration and system architecture consistency
• Align strategic goals across all eID and ePP solution components
• Oversee solution design and chip strategy
• Manage Operating System and Application strategy
• Coordinate technical decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
• Establish overarching architecture for complex solutions
• Integrate ID documents, middleware, and personalization hardware and software
• Synchronize field reader verification components
• Define chip strategy and roadmaps based on use cases
• Ensure product competitiveness in cost and performance
• Optimize total cost of ownership for initialization and personalization
• Manage the complete product portfolio lifecycle
• Evaluate trade-offs between throughput, cost, and resources
• Make informed optimization decisions for system performance
• Consolidate market needs into actionable technical specifications
• Align technical specs with product capabilities and roadmaps
• Consult for sales, proposal management, and delivery teams
• Guide optimal solution design as a technical expert
• Ensure end-to-end product certification and qualification
• Conduct field performance and system functionality tests
• Validate Proof of Concept (PoC) results
• Interface with the Solutions Business Line for system architecture
• Manage the chip team budget and resource allocation
• Oversee chip R&D projects and prioritization
• Control costs and Business Readiness Levels (BRL)
• Drive the smart and embedded ID product business
• Steer the portfolio for long-term market competitiveness
• Take full responsibility for chip strategy P&L
