Senior Manager, Solution Consulting – Security & Identity(m/w/x)

Description

You will lead a team of technical experts to deliver business-aligned security solutions. By partnering with Sales and Product teams, you'll shape the security strategy and drive revenue.

Requirements

• •7+ years experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales
• •Success in growth-phase environments and playbook creation
• •Curiosity and proactivity in adopting AI
• •3+ years people management experience
• •Understanding of security and identity concepts
• •Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles
• •Strong executive communication skills
• •Willingness to travel as required
• •Fluency in English and German
• •Experience with IAM, IGA, or Security Operations
• •Background in enterprise SaaS or platform security
• •Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks

• •Partner with Sales leadership to drive revenue
• •Oversee solution design and executive briefings
• •Manage escalations for complex or high-risk deals

• •Deliver high-quality proof-of-value and proof-of-concept engagements
• •Monitor security trends and regulatory changes
• •Manage team capacity and territory coverage
• •Analyze performance data to improve productivity
• •Collaborate with Product and Marketing on strategy
