- •Success in growth-phase environments and playbook creation
- •Curiosity and proactivity in adopting AI
- •3+ years people management experience
- •Understanding of security and identity concepts
- •Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles
- •Strong executive communication skills
- •Willingness to travel as required
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Experience with IAM, IGA, or Security Operations
- •Background in enterprise SaaS or platform security
- •Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks
