Tasks
- Execute EMEA Lighting growth strategy
- Develop 5-year sales plan aligned with market trends
- Manage EMEA Lighting P&L for sustained revenue and profit growth
- Lead growth of Martin Lighting portfolio
- Launch and roll out new products in the market
- Understand EMEA professional lighting market trends and competition
- Contribute regional insights to product development and roadmap
- Define and manage distribution strategy
- Set KPIs for distributor performance
- Profile top distributors in detail
- Generate sales pipeline and ensure CRM discipline
- Forecast accurately and execute deals
- Build and maintain senior customer and partner relationships
- Identify key decision-makers
- Articulate value propositions
- Close long-term business
- Coach and develop a team of market and product experts
- Oversee strategic and operational sales activities
- Represent Martin at key industry events
- Support channel managers with solution selling
- Engage customers in person
- Analyze portfolio performance against market and competition
- Identify risks and opportunities
- Develop execution strategies
- Report to regional and divisional leadership
- Advise on commercial challenges and business changes
- Leverage internal resources for best-in-class customer support
- Perform additional duties as required
