Driving NRR for DACH region, focusing on renewals, expansion, and churn prevention for an AI-powered communications platform. Requirements
- Proven track record leading commercial Account Management or post-sale teams in B2B SaaS
- Direct ownership of NRR, renewal rate, and expansion targets
- Experience running a team through a meaningful model transition
- Hired and developed individual contributors in high-growth environment
- Strong operating discipline
- Build pipeline views leadership can rely on
- Hold team to high standards
- Comfortable at intersection of people leadership and customer engagement
- Coach team and show up when it counts
- Fluent in German
- Fluent in English
- Experience positioning AI-powered SaaS products
- Experience with voice automation or conversation intelligence
- Familiarity with DACH SMB and Mid-Market segment
- Familiarity with specific buying dynamics of DACH SMB and Mid-Market
- Prior exposure to post-sale function transitioning from GRR to NRR model
- Experience in multi-area EMEA structure
- Regional accountability in EMEA structure
Tasks
- Own NRR for DACH, including renewals, expansion, churn prevention, and upsell pipeline
- Lead, coach, and develop the AM team through the CSM-to-commercial transition
- Hire and onboard additional AMs within the first 90 days
- Run day-to-day operations while building the team
- Promote AI Voice Agent and AI Assist Pro as primary expansion products
- Build team’s ability to conduct commercial AI conversations and close deals with measurable ROI
- Set standards for pipeline generation, renewal processes, risk management, and coaching
- Engage in strategic accounts to accelerate relationships and deals
- Partner with DACH Account Executives on handovers and expansion opportunities
- Represent DACH AM perspective in cross-functional forums and contribute to EMEA-wide best practices
