Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of digital/technology market, customers, ecosystem, competition, local regulations
- Good knowledge of corporate finance, FX, cash management, trade products
- Thorough understanding of banking products for digital/technology customers
- Experience in Commercial or Corporate Relationship Banking with international customers
- Ability to assess credit risk of digital/technology companies
- Experience of implementation/onboarding process
- Team player with collaboration ability across teams
- Issue exploration and solution generation; analysis and use of business information for decision making
- Ability to engage at all organizational levels and build relationships
Tasks
- Nurture relationships with German and Austrian clients
- Identify new revenue streams and flows
- Support and own RFPs
- Deepen wallet penetration for revenue realization
- Achieve annual revenue growth
- Acquire new multi-product customers
- Plan and manage client budgets and revenue
- Manage CCB Digital, Technology, and Communications clients
- Determine and plan future business opportunities
- Work with Western European and EMEA teams
- Monitor and support product implementation
- Manage customers and transactions in CRM/Salesforce
- Collaborate with Banking, Capital Markets, and Advisory teams
- Interact with global CCB structures
- Ensure KYC standards during onboarding and reviews
- Maintain control over cross-border transactions
- Participate in German and Austrian ecosystems
- Drive thought leadership and partnerships
- Structure new product solutions for clients
