Requirements

  • Completed scientific degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or comparable training
  • First years of working experience in Sales within the biopharmaceutical industry or selling relevant technologies
  • Experience conducting meetings via Microsoft Teams and other multimedia channels
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication and consulting skills in French and English, German is a plus
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and collaborative working style
  • Willingness to travel about 20% in Central Europe
  • Identification with core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment

Tasks

  • Proactively sell the bioprocess portfolio
  • Utilize MS Teams and Salesforce CRM for outreach and account development
  • Meet growth targets and objectives
  • Identify customer needs and develop potential accounts
  • Maintain reliable partnerships with distributors and dealers
  • Collaborate with technical teams and marketing partners throughout the sales process
  • Prepare and negotiate quotations
  • Manage contract closure
  • Track market trends and share insights with relevant departments
