Key Account Manager(m/w/x)
Developing strategic plans for oncology/hematology accounts in biopharma. Minimum 5 years pharma KAM experience required. Flexibility for individual and business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in marketing or life science
- Minimum 5 years key account management experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent local language and English (written and oral)
- Experience in hematology and/or dermatology
- Experience managing customer relationships across all healthcare customer types
- Account management experience
- Knowledge in therapy and product area
- Knowledge in National Healthcare system and local/therapy specific policies
- Strategic approach balancing long-term vision and short-term goals
- Collaboration establishing productive relationships and partnerships
- Drive for results holding self/others accountable for commitments
- Act with sense of urgency for stakeholder needs
- Motivates and influences others to gain support
- Focus on customer satisfaction and quality service/product
- Integrates and drives application of functional strategy plans/tactics

Tasks
- Understand account situation, potential, challenges, and needs
- Formulate comprehensive, insight-driven key account plans
- Deliver on agreed objectives and tactics for key accounts
- Ensure transparency of account plans, objectives, and KPIs
- Manage account plan execution within agreed timelines and budget
- Conduct market surveillance and communicate customer insights
- Collaborate with In-Field Market Access partner for product access
- Ensure product availability at account level
- Operate in compliance with legal and marketing strategies
- Act as an ambassador of the BPM brand, vision, and values
- Develop long-term relationships with key strategic accounts
- Identify and understand key external stakeholders' needs
- Collaborate on initiatives and co-create mutually beneficial solutions
- Implement innovative offerings with key stakeholders
- Advise Healthcare professionals on correct product use
- Coordinate with medical and market access teams for alignment
- Monitor account plan progress and hold collaborators accountable
- Lead core account team meetings and present progress
- Identify and address collaboration misalignments
- Prioritize and manage accounts within the territory
- Analyze success of plans and propose mitigating actions
- Improve planning and execution based on learnings
- Adapt to new business opportunities and market changes
