Requirements
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Strong willingness to learn and adapt
- •Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
- •Strong knowledge of IT service management principles
- •Experience with databases, networks, Linux, and storage
- •Previous experience in a technical support role
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- •Experience with Kubernetes or other containerization technologies
- •Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and services
- •Certification in IT service management (e.g. ITIL)
- •Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- •Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- •Undergo a Sicherheitsüberprüfung (security clearance)

Tasks
- •Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- •Utilize IT service management expertise to resolve customer issues
- •Collaborate with internal teams to address complex technical problems
- •Perform security clearance as required
- •Document knowledge and solutions in Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
- •Continuously update and expand technical knowledge, focusing on emerging technologies like Kubernetes
- •Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to databases, networks, Linux, and storage
- •Participate in on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays
