Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management principles
  • Experience with databases, networks, Linux, and storage
  • Previous experience in a technical support role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience with Kubernetes or other containerization technologies
  • Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and services
  • Certification in IT service management (e.g. ITIL)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Undergo a Sicherheitsüberprüfung (security clearance)

Tasks

  • Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Utilize IT service management expertise to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex technical problems
  • Perform security clearance as required
  • Document knowledge and solutions in Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
  • Continuously update and expand technical knowledge, focusing on emerging technologies like Kubernetes
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to databases, networks, Linux, and storage
  • Participate in on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays
