- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles
- Experience with databases, networks, Linux, and storage
- Previous experience in a technical support role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with Kubernetes or other containerization technologies
- Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and services
- Certification in IT service management (e.g. ITIL)
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Undergo a Sicherheitsüberprüfung (security clearance)
Tasks
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Utilize IT service management expertise to resolve customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex technical problems
- Perform security clearance as required
- Document knowledge and solutions in Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
- Continuously update and expand technical knowledge, focusing on emerging technologies like Kubernetes
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to databases, networks, Linux, and storage
- Participate in on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays
