Requirements

  • Native or fluent German, C2 level
  • Good English communication skills
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Support or B2B experience
  • Experience with SLAs and performance targets
  • Structured and analytical mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Customer-first mindset and accountability
  • Experience with Zendesk, HubSpot, or Intercom
  • Experience in support documentation development
  • Familiarity with CSAT or NPS tracking

Tasks

  • Handle German-language B2B inquiries via email, phone, and chat
  • Maintain defined Service Level Agreements for response and resolution times
  • Manage ticket queues to meet performance targets
  • Assist corporate clients with orders and escalations
  • Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and Tech teams
  • Take ownership of proactive escalation management
  • Identify root causes and develop preventive action plans
  • Document cases accurately within the CRM system
  • Improve internal support processes and the knowledge base
  • Track key KPIs including CSAT and resolution rates
  • Support client retention through high-quality service delivery
