Requirements
- Passion for solving problems and helping customers
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting
- Excellent written and spoken Spanish, Italian, and English skills
- Analytical thinking and data storytelling skills
- Adept at stakeholder management
- Experience in a SaaS environment and curiosity about technology
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
Tasks
- Partner with customers to define success criteria
- Build tailored engagement plans for security awareness goals
- Advise clients on best practices for cybersecurity awareness
- Help design and execute effective internal safety cultures
- Lead impactful Business Reviews to demonstrate ROI
- Synthesize user feedback and share insights with Product Development
- Monitor health scores and adoption trends for proactive support
- Cultivate relationships to turn users into brand advocates
- Guide customers through the deployment of awareness campaigns
