Requirements
- •Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role
- •Confidence in taking ownership of customer relationships
- •Clear and empathetic communication skills
- •Comfort with digital tools and customer data
- •Dutch at C2 level and English at B2/C1 level
- •Experience in B2B SaaS or with complex digital products
- •Familiarity with CRM or support tools (e.g. HubSpot, Intercom)
- •Background or interest in craft, construction, or trade-related industries
- •Enjoyment of working in evolving environments
Work Experience
approx. 1 - 4 years
Tasks
- •Take ownership of the customer portfolio for the Netherlands
- •Act as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle
- •Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and training
- •Support customers across all channels to resolve questions and issues
- •Build strong, trusting relationships with customers
- •Proactively check in on customer adoption and satisfaction
- •Use customer data and insights to prioritize actions for retention
- •Coordinate with Product, Sales, and internal teams to resolve escalations
- •Share customer feedback and market insights to inform internal decisions
- •Support renewals and identify expansion opportunities based on customer needs
