- •Advise assigned Evergreen and Cloud Block Store customers
- •Establish subject matter expertise on customer journeys
- •Lead strategic business reviews
- •Manage the post-sales service delivery relationship
- •Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
- •Advocate for customers across internal departments
- •Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams
- •Define key success metrics for strategic accounts
- •Establish processes and tools for customer growth
