Tasks
- Act as a main point of contact for end users.
- Lead the account team (Sales, Professional Services).
- Advise customers on MongoDB best practices.
- Guide customer technology strategy.
- Run customer enablement sessions.
- Advise on optimizing technical environments and spend.
- Recommend product features for value and growth.
- Collect customer feedback and identify roadblocks.
- Inform internal teams (Product, Professional Services, Leadership).
- Link customers with product engineering.
- Develop innovative solutions with engineering.
- Contribute to the product roadmap.
- Provide customer insights to the Product team.
- De-escalate critical customer issues.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Navigate customer outages.
- Devise custom MongoDB solutions.
- Build and execute account plans.
- Mitigate account risk and drive growth.
- Lead in-person executive business reviews.
- Interface with C-suite and technical leaders.
- Align to business objectives.
- Agree on mutual success plans.
- Work on strategic internal projects.
- Help build the Customer Success program.
- Create and teach best practices, processes, and enablement.
- Document customer interactions in internal systems.
- Provide leadership feedback on customer health signals.
- Identify key signals within MongoDB Atlas.
- Share customer health signals with internal teams.
- Manage relationships with Sales Leadership and AEs.
- Report business performance to Sales Leadership.
- Train Sales on best practices.
- Roll out program updates to Sales.
- Forecast customer churn and growth.
- Interview new team members.
- Onboard new team members.
- Ramp new team members.
- Act as a peer leader.
- Run enablement sessions for peers.
- Conduct product certifications for peers.
- Contribute actively in team meetings.
