Requirements
- Up to 5 years experience in Customer Success Manager or Service Delivery Manager role
- High-level customer engagement experience
- Experience in large retail organizations
- Understanding customer needs and building trust-based relationships
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive approach and initiative in service improvement
- Ability to think quickly and resolve challenges
- Openness to change and adaptability
- High level of energy and enthusiasm
- Native German and English C1 proficiency
Tasks
- Develop trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
- Position Vusion as a strategic partner
- Lead account plan execution with Sales and KAMs
- Monitor service commitments for support, maintenance, and asset management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for high-quality service delivery
- Lead client touchpoints and executive reviews
- Define and evolve SLA frameworks with stakeholders
- Manage service contract budgets
- Identify and manage service delivery impacts
- Shape success plans and strategic roadmaps
- Propose and present service improvements and cost models
- Collaborate with Sales on upsells and renewals
- Map and engage customer organization stakeholders
- Evangelize Vusion’s product capabilities
- Capture and share customer success stories
- Drive structured onboarding experiences
- Institutionalize health monitoring practices
- Lead offboarding processes with feedback programs
- Mentor retention strategies
Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
