- 4+ years marketplace operations, customer success, community management, or comparable
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Full professional fluency in English and German
- Proficient use of data for insights and decisions
- Effective and confident communicator and negotiator virtually, phone, in person
- Skilled facilitator engaging audiences from 1 to 100
- Self-starter, opportunistic, comfortable with problem-solving on the fly
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment, knows when to ask for help
- Low-ego collaborator thriving in fast-moving, globally distributed teams
- Managed strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive results
- Enthusiastic people person, joy from helping people succeed
- Well organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Phenomenal attention to detail
- Passion and playfulness in work and with others
- Proficient with BI, Google Workspace, and customer success tools
- Experience managing community programs across multiple metros or countries
- SQL and Sigma proficiency
- Marketplace or gig-economy background
- Romanian language proficiency is a plus
Tasks
- Drive invoices and revenue by analyzing supply data
- Improve supply health, booking conversion, and Tasker quality
- Advise and take direct action to acquire quality Taskers
- Monitor market performance and respond to data trends
- Tailor programs and supply tactics to local dynamics
- Coach Taskers in 1:1 and group settings
- Grow Tasker participation in scaled lifecycle programs
- Determine effective communication channels for Taskers
- Master the Tasker lifecycle and identify gaps
- Recommend cross-functional improvements
- Drive better outcomes for the platform experience
- Communicate performance insights and business impact
- Design and lead experiments to improve supply alignment
- Be a product expert and explain features to Taskers
- Validate and submit bug reports
- Lead community engagement efforts
- Host office hours, profile workshops, and Tasker socials
- Work crossfunctionally with various teams
- Advocate for solutions that support Taskers
- Share learnings, pitfalls, and wins with the global team
- Travel up to 10% for metro-specific and team events
