- Comfortable working with data in Excel and digital platforms
- Agricultural background or experience (farm, studies, or with agricultural users)
- Fluent in German and English
- Additional languages (Polish, French, Portuguese, Spanish) are a plus
- Enthusiasm for the problem Root is solving
Tasks
- Support a customer portfolio
- Ensure smooth project execution
- Facilitate tool adoption
- Build strong, trust-based relationships
- Maximize long-term value and advocacy
- Own customer success for a defined portfolio
- Act as primary point of contact
- Guide customers through success milestones
- Plan and manage customer projects
- Execute projects end-to-end
- Drive primary data coverage
- Increase user engagement
- Ensure data completion
- Serve as first point of contact for agricultural users
- Maintain high data quality
- Ensure clear milestones
- Deliver projects on time
- Design farmer-facing enablement
- Run digital webinars
- Drive participation
- Improve data quality
- Build trust at farm level
- Collaborate with Account Management
- Relay customer feedback
- Build trust-based customer relationships
- Drive long-term satisfaction
- Promote customer retention
- Foster customer advocacy
