- Strong track record driving satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Clear and confident German communication
- Clear and confident English communication
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
- Comfortable leading customer conversations
- Highly analytical, turning data into actionable insights
- Experienced with CRM systems
- Customer-obsessed mindset
- Understanding customer challenges
- Helping customers unlock long-term value
- Tech-savvy
- Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or similar environment (plus)
Tasks
- Own and manage a diverse customer portfolio
- Design and execute customer success strategies
- Guide customers through onboarding and adoption
- Increase customer adoption and satisfaction
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Understand and uncover customer needs
- Advocate for customers internally
- Influence product and service improvements
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales
- Deliver seamless and impactful customer experiences
- Track and analyze customer health metrics
- Transform insights into actionable strategies
