Tasks
- Support customers during pilots, onboarding, and early deployments
- Help customers set up ESG workflows, questionnaires, and document analysis processes in the Briink platform
- Act as a trusted partner to customers
- Help customers apply Briink to their sustainability reporting and ESG analysis processes
- Run customer check-ins and success meetings
- Ensure clients achieve value from the platform
- Support product demos
- Answer customer questions during implementation
- Work closely with product and engineering teams
- Relay customer feedback to improve the platform
- Identify opportunities to expand platform usage
- Grow accounts
