- •Erfahrung in Customer Success oder Account Management
- •Eigenständige Führung von Kundenbeziehungen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- •Klare, empathische Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- •Souveräner Umgang mit digitalen Tools
- •Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und Englischkenntnisse (B2/C1)

- •Kenntnisse in HubSpot oder Intercom

- •Freude an dynamischen, unstrukturierten Umfeldern

Tasks
- •Act as the primary contact throughout the customer lifecycle
- •Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and training
- •Resolve customer questions and issues across all channels
- •Build trusting relationships through proactive satisfaction check-ins
- •Use data and usage insights to support retention
- •Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to resolve escalations
- •Share market insights to shape product and go-to-market decisions
- •Identify renewal and expansion opportunities based on customer needs
- •Develop scalable processes within the Austrian market
- •Provide feedback to the product team from craft businesses
