Customer Service Manager(m/w/x)
Managing customer service for power tools and outdoor equipment at a global cordless technology specialist, focusing on order-to-cash and claims. SAP SD and CRM system proficiency, plus German and English fluency, preferred. Global operational scope, with focus on process improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service operations within manufacturing or B2B environments
- Ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams
- Knowledge of order-to-cash processes, logistics flows, and claims management
- Proficiency in SAP (SD module preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce Service Cloud desirable)
- Good command of German and English; additional European languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel as required by business needs
Tasks
- Lead the Customer Service team
- Ensure efficient order-to-cash operations
- Resolve claims in a timely manner
- Maintain high service standards
- Monitor KPIs and drive improvement initiatives
- Enhance service quality and process efficiency
- Standardize systems and processes using SAP and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Act as a liaison between headquarters, SBUs, logistics teams, and external customers
- Support Supply Chain projects through cross-functional coordination
- Manage escalated cases with root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Oversee return management across European logistics centers
