Requirements

Tasks

  • Lead and support a team of approximately 15 employees
  • Seek opportunities to improve operations, including people, processes, and technology
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations to meet project goals
  • Develop and mentor team members through onboarding and training
  • Facilitate open communication and performance management
  • Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Optimize relevant KPIs for better performance
  • Build and maintain employee morale and motivation
  • Ensure the team is staffed with required competencies
  • Collaborate with other departments, especially commercial leaders
  • Work with Support Leaders from other countries for process alignment
  • Ensure compliance with German labor laws in collaboration with internal departments
