- •Demonstrated skills in leadership, performance coaching, problem-solving, strategic thinking, planning, and delegating
- •Proven capability to collaborate with all levels of the organization
- •Analytical and strategic thinking skills
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •High resilience, flexibility, and situational adaptability
- •Strong organizational skills in a multi-tasking environment
- •Fluency in German and English (written and verbal); proficiency in one of the teams’ languages preferred

- •Lead and support a team of approximately 15 employees
- •Seek opportunities to improve operations, including people, processes, and technology
- •Coordinate day-to-day operations to meet project goals
- •Develop and mentor team members through onboarding and training
- •Facilitate open communication and performance management
- •Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- •Optimize relevant KPIs for better performance
- •Build and maintain employee morale and motivation
- •Ensure the team is staffed with required competencies
- •Collaborate with other departments, especially commercial leaders
- •Work with Support Leaders from other countries for process alignment
- •Ensure compliance with German labor laws in collaboration with internal departments
