Developing scalable customer engagement models for security awareness training, localizing assets for the French market. 1+ year customer-facing experience in sales, success, or marketing, with SaaS tech stack knowledge required. 33 vacation days, flexible hours.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in customer-facing inside sales, customer success, BDR, or Product Marketing role
- Experience with SaaS tech stack
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure
- Solution-driven mindset; data leveraging for results
- Comfort demonstrating product functionality; business use case overview
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas
- French and English fluency; German, Spanish, Dutch a plus
- Project Management certifications (Prince2, PMI or equivalent)
Tasks
- Create customer engagement models for France
- Localize onboarding assets
- Drive product adoption
- Ensure customer retention
- Develop and execute scalable customer programs
- Provide customer user training
- Coordinate with product and marketing teams
- Deliver informational webinars
- Automate CS processes, including lifecycle management
- Curate program content
- Monitor customer health
- Launch scaled upsell and retention campaigns
- Analyze customer data
- Identify common customer challenges
- Proactively suggest process improvements
- Deliver best practices to customers
- Create and iterate 1:many engagement programs
- Drive 1:many customer engagement strategies
- Partner with internal teams (CSMs, AEs, Product, Marketing)
- Drive 1:many customer experiences
- Build processes for customer health at scale
- Utilize internal dashboards and metrics
- Identify customer risks and opportunities
- Respond to customer risks and opportunities
- Ensure data hygiene in CS tools and Salesforce
